QuickBooks Premier 2014 patch Download
Our December 4 QuickBooks update is a big one. As always, we’re thankful for your feedback!
General changes:
Bank feed changes:
Other changes:
- View recurring templates from customer page. Filter transactions by a customer’s recurring templates. Customers > click a customer > Filter > Type > Recurring Templates.
- Print blank table lines3. When you group items on a sales form by adding blank lines between items, these blank lines now appear on printouts. Create (+) > Invoice/Sales Receipt/Estimate.
- More enhanced lists. The following lists have been refreshed with enhanced list features: Chart of Accounts, Recurring Transactions, Products and Services, Locations, Payment Methods, Terms, and Classes. Gear > All Lists.
- Multiple sales form templates4. You can now have multiple invoice templates — great for supporting multiple locations or retail/wholesale cases. Change the style of an invoice on the fly by clicking Customize at the bottom of the form. Gear > Custom Form Styles5.
- Pending column removed from Customers and Vendors pages. Due to an issue we uncovered, we removed this column. We know this is an important feature for many of you, and we’re actively working to address this issue. In the meantime, here’s another way to view a list of overdue invoices:
- Click Transactions > Sales in the left navbar.
- Click OVERDUE in the Money Bar to show only overdue invoices.
- Click the Balance column header twice to sort the list by biggest overdue amounts.
- Transactions > Registers has been renamed Transactions > Chart of Accounts. (But don’t worry, the registers are still there!)
- Create (+) > Paycheck has been renamed Create (+) > Payroll.
Notes
- Need more space? You can collapse the left navbar. Go to Gear > QuickBooks Labs > Collapsible Left Navigation, turn it on, and then refresh your browser!
- To print blank table lines, turn off service dates and group activity first.
- Don’t see this yet? It’s taking a little longer than expected to roll out new sales form customization to everyone. But we’re dying to get it in your hands. Stay tuned!
- If you’re using QuickBooks Accountant, go to Gear > All Lists.
