Featured app: Sync with PayPalTM
by Wei Wang
If you’re like most small business owners, you probably wish you could spend more time running your business and less time doing mundane tasks.
No more manual data entry
If you use PayPal to receive payments from your customers, the app is a time saver — Sync with PayPal automatically imports all your PayPal sales transactions, fees, taxes, tips, and discounts into QuickBooks, up to eighteen months’ worth of transactions.
Import transactions accurately
When you manually enter transactions, you risk typing in the wrong information. Sync with PayPal imports the correct transaction and customer data directly into QuickBooks.
It’s secure
We collaborated with PayPal to create a best-in-class solution that’s fully secure. Once you authenticate your account and manage your settings, your data is securely integrated into QuickBooks.
If you currently connect to PayPal via a bank feed
One more thing: if you currently connect your PayPal account through QuickBooks bank feeds (Transactions > Banking), make sure to disconnect it before installing the Sync with PayPal app to avoid duplicate entries. Go to Transactions > Banking, click the PayPal card at the top of the page, click the pencil icon, click Edit account info, select the checkbox “Disconnect this account on save, ” and click Save.
