Ingenico i6550 OPOS Driver download
Hello,
I recently installed an Ingenico i6550 using RMS 2.0110. They work very well
and intallation was ok, however I found 2 issues that I was hoping to get
some help on.
1. POS does not recognize the pinpad when running with standard User
rights. I have to give the user Administrator rights. I did install the
Ingenico software with the user logged in, but with admin privileges..
2. The only screen that the pinpad outputs on the customer screen is the
Signature screen with no prompts to swipe card, approval, custom logo, ect.
Just a blank screen.
