Hi Benn_R,Sorry to hear of this!If the hotel has processed the transaction onto your statement (not pending), the quickest and easiest way to remove this is for the merchant to complete a refund, which they can do via their merchant terminal with the card details. If they refuse to do this, you can lodge a dispute into the transaction; however, we are required to allow 45 days for the merchant to respond.If there is a pre-authorisation currently pending, they can also manually remove this via their terminal. They should be well-aware of the process, if they aren't, they can contact their bank to discuss how to release a pre-authorisation charge.If they are still unable to complete this, we can manually remove the transaction, but only if they provide written authorisation to do so. This is for compliance purposes and they must fax us the following details to +61 2 9009 0605:

• A typed facsimile document on the company letterhead
• Name of customer
• Cardnumber
• Date of transaction
• Amount to be removed
• Authorisation code
• Signature or sign-off from a manager or authorising party

Once this request is received, this will be processed within 24 hours.
